I have completed my Neurosurgical training from National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, India. Subsequently I successfully completed a spinal surgery fellowship at Walton centre for Neurology and neurosurgery, Liverpool. Later I did one year fellowship in Gamma knife Radio surgery at The National centre for Stereotactic radio surgery at Sheffield, UK. Currently I am a fellow at LSUHSC Shreveport in the department of neurosurgery. I have done a statistical course from Lancaster University, UK. My specialties of interests are –Spinal surgery, Gamma knife radio surgery and general neurosurgery. I have currently six book chapters, 17 peer reviewed publications (some are in revision) and another 5 submitted to various journals. Recently I have submitted a part of the randomized study (first author) to congress of neurological surgeon’s annual meeting. Currently I am a reviewer for Surgical neurology international (editor: Ausman MD, PhD)
